When something goes wrong with your air conditioning or heating, you want to fix it right away. You don’t know what’s wrong, but you know you’re uncomfortable. What’s worse, you don’t know if it’s a $99 problem or an $890 problem. Maybe it can’t be fixed at all!

You have to call somebody. But who? You’ve heard the horror stories…those guys who come out and look at you as though you were a human ATM machine! Sure, they dive right in and fix the problem… never really telling you exactly what the problem was…and you’re cool for a while…or warm. But in a week or two, the problem’s back. Our technicians must have at least two years experience as an apprentice in service, repair and installation before they’re allowed to “solo” on repair work. They are graduates the best continuing technical education programs. They also regularly attend seminars to learn better communication skills as well as technical skills. They are drug-free, neat in appearance, mindful of their speech and respectful of you and your property. They are truly an elite group of whom we are very proud.
When our technician arrives at your home for an equipment repair, he will not leave until he has found your problem, shared your options with you and either made the repair or worked with you to develop an effective plan of action to solve your home’s comfort problems.
