Service Fee
When you call us to your home to fix a problem, we’ll arrive ready for any heating or cooling problem. Our trucks are stocked with more than $15,000 in parts and our highly experienced technicians have completed years of diagnostic and repair training. The diagnostic fee is a flat fee regardless of how long it takes to identify your problem. Your entire system will be thoroughly checked and tested. When our technician has located the problem, he will explain what the problem us, what options are available to you and how your particular situation can be repaired using the Straightforward Pricing Guide on the following page.

Level 5 – Repair, Replace, Install: Accumulator, Blower Motor & Housing O.E.M., Circulator Pump-Motor Assembly – B&G High Velocity, Compressor In-Warranty, Condenser coil In-Warranty, Evaporator Coil In-Warranty, Flue Pipe, Heat Exchanger In-Warranty, Reversing Valve, Variable Speed Motors – Level 4 & 5.  Service Fee $890
